We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team as a CT Scanner Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $7,500 - $10,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for career growth and advancement. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform all routine and special CT radiographic procedures using technical duties directly involved with the CT scanner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate the CT scanner in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Evaluate diagnostic images for technical quality and accuracy.
- Administer contrast media under physician supervision and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the scanner and associated equipment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- ARRT registration in X-Ray.
- Washington State certification as a radiologic technologist.
- A minimum of six months' experience as a radiologic technologist, including fluoroscopy.
Prior experience with CT scanners and knowledge of radiology software systems are highly desirable.
