Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist Specialist to join our team at the Proton Therapy Center. As a Radiation Therapist Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of advancing medical innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform treatment and simulation procedures under the supervision of the Chief Radiation Therapist.
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans.
- Operate complex medical equipment, including linear accelerators and proton therapy systems.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient treatments and outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
- Current registration as a Radiation Therapy Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- BLS CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of clinical practice in Radiation Therapy.
- ProBeam experience preferred but not required.
- ARIA experience preferred but not required.
- Proton Therapy experience preferred.
