At Crossroads Turning Points, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Circle Program facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of residential units, administration offices, hallways, stairs, offices, and restrooms.
  • Clean snow and debris from sidewalks, mow lawns, trim hedges, remove weeds, rake, and dispose of leaves, etc.
  • Perform minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance tasks.
  • Provide assistance in remodeling facilities and notify supervisors of needed repairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
  • Coordinate with supervisors on supply ordering and restocking.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prefer one-year experience providing custodial and/or maintenance services.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability.
  • Basic computer skills required.

**Work Environment:**

Work is performed indoors and outside approximately 25% of duties are spent outdoors. Must have ability to travel to outlying areas as needed.
