Restaurant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Restaurants to lead the food and beverage operations for a luxury, boutique property. This individual will oversee multiple F&B outlets across the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-of-house operations across multiple restaurant venues, maintaining smooth and efficient service.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menus and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development to meet operational needs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
• Drive marketing initiatives in partnership with relevant departments to increase visibility and bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or luxury settings.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a large team.
• Strong operational knowledge and financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Proficiency in POS systems and reservation platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
