Job Overview

Della Infotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled Lead Healthcare Professional to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including medical records and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 24 months of experience in PCU setting, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arizona and active certification in ACLS and BLS from AHA or American Red Cross.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Flu vaccination and adherence to Banner Health's background requirements.

Additional Information

This position requires travel experience and flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights.
