- Engage residents in meaningful activities that foster social interaction and enjoyment.

Qualifications:
- Current registration on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry is required.
- Candidates without certification will receive training and certification upon hire.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to residents.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Evening shift differential of $3.00, with an additional $6.00 for extra shifts.
- Rotating weekends and one holiday rotation per year.
- Eligible for various benefits, including healthcare insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
