About the Role

The Culinary Director is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at our location. This role requires a strong leader who can train and lead kitchen personnel to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Culinary Activities
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and Standardize Recipes
  • Establish presentation techniques and quality standards, and plan and price menus to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain Kitchen Safety and Sanitation
  • Oversee special catering events and provide culinary instruction and demonstrations as needed
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
