Medical Reception Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Reception Specialist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
As a Medical Reception Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting pre-donation medical screenings, interacting with donors, and ensuring all donor screening information is complete.
You will also be responsible for maintaining donor confidentiality and providing feedback to ineligible donor candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:
