Assembly Specialist

QuikCut LLC is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
- Assemble components with precision and attention to detail, adhering to quality standards.
- Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
