    • Supervise children during meals, snacks, and outdoor play, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and collaborative work environment.
    • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Training
    • 6 units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD) from an accredited institution.
    • Completion of an accredited Regional Occupational Program (ROP) or equivalent.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Certifications and Clearances
    • CPR Certification and Pediatric CPR & First Aid training.
    • Fingerprint clearance on DOJ, FBI, and CA through Community Care Licensing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with disabilities.
