- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education and Training
- 6 units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (CD) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited Regional Occupational Program (ROP) or equivalent.
- Experience and Skills
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Certifications and Clearances
- CPR Certification and Pediatric CPR & First Aid training.
- Fingerprint clearance on DOJ, FBI, and CA through Community Care Licensing.
- Experience working with children with disabilities.
