Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the entire PPAP process and ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare and conduct internal ISO 9001 audits to maintain high-quality standards.
  • This role requires direct communication with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances, providing expert solutions.
  • The successful candidate will lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods, identifying and addressing root causes efficiently.
  • The individual should be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately, applying technical expertise.
  • This position involves developing and implementing PFMEAs to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will effectively manage customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • The candidate must identify and address root causes, submitting PPAPs in a timely manner.
  • This role requires assisting with internal ISO audit processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • The successful candidate should apply strong analytical skills to read and interpret blueprints, making informed decisions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing setting.
  • Background in automotive manufacturing and associated standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and its application.
  • Experience leading or assisting with internal audits, showcasing expertise.
  • Strong background in PPAPs, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective Root Cause and Corrective Action experience, driving continuous improvement.
  • Prior experience with PFMEA, GD&T, and other relevant quality control measures.
  • No sponsorship provided for this role.
