The Phoenix at Braselton is a leading senior living community seeking an experienced RN/LPN to fill the role of Healthcare Administrator.

As a key member of our clinical team, the Healthcare Administrator will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management of health services within our community. This includes overseeing all clinical programs, ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and assisting in the training and onboarding of clinical staff members. Additionally, the Healthcare Administrator will collaborate with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Management training (where permitted).

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in department management, preferably in elder or disabled care settings. They should also possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective clinical programs that enhance resident outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Train and onboard new staff members to ensure seamless integration into the team
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Management training
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the clinical team

What We Offer:

The Phoenix at Braselton offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
