About the Role:- Provide 1:1 patient care in their homes
- Work flexible hours to meet the needs of our patients
- Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $35+/hr
As a Registered Nurse with our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and in accordance with the plan of care/service plan
- Completing clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements
- Ensuring the patient's eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- CPR certification required
