This position is situated within a primary care teaching environment that supports a diverse group of internal medicine residents. The practice operates on a collaborative model, pairing residents with primary mentors and integrating various healthcare professionals, including nursing, social work, behavioral health, and pharmacy. The patient demographic is notably varied and presents complex medical challenges. While the primary role will focus on mentorship, there may also be opportunities for additional teaching sessions and patient care responsibilities.

The selected candidates will have the privilege of collaborating with the renowned Icahn School of Medicine. The Department of Medicine at Mount Sinai is deeply committed to holistic patient care, emphasizing a patient-centered approach. Compensation:

The compensation for this role ranges from $215,000 to $230,000, exclusive of bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits.
