* Master the art of cleaning and restoring various surfaces, including carpet, upholstery, stone, metal, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete.
* Collaborate with Shift and Crew Leaders to utilize SOLID's state-of-the-art equipment and methods.
* Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and workspaces are tidy and well-maintained.
* Comply with all safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures.
* Be open to travel for client jobs and training events.

Requirements:

* Successful experience in cleaning and restoring floor coverings (preferred).
* Eligible to work in the US.
* Reliable off-shift transportation to the office.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* A clean background, as required by many of our esteemed clients.

Physical Demands:

* Walking and standing (6-8+ hours)
* Bending (3-6 hours)
* Squatting (up to 3 hours)
* Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
