We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pegasus Residential. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and other tasks as needed.
  • Respond to Resident Requests: Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in Preventative Maintenance: Participate in preventative maintenance activities, including pool maintenance, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections, to ensure the long-term integrity of our properties.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years Maintenance Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the multifamily industry.
  • Supervisory Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
  • Refrigeration Certification: Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or Universal) is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary for this role.
  • CPO Certification: CPO certification may be required in certain states and locations.
  • Knowledge of OneSite: Knowledge of OneSite is preferred, but not required.
