About the Role

As a Fitness Class Leader at River Crossing YMCA, you will have the opportunity to transform lives one class at a time.

We are seeking a certified group exercise instructor who is passionate about fitness and enjoys connecting with others. If you have a commanding presence, can adapt your style for different participants, and are committed to delivering effective and safe classes, we want to hear from you

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has one of the following certifications: National Group Fitness, yoga, cycle, or Les Mills
  • Is a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Can think on their feet and adjust their teaching approach as needed

Responsibilities

  • Instruct engaging fitness classes for diverse groups of members
  • Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to various fitness levels
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and motivating class environment
