Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consumer and guardian participation in developing service plans and personal futures plans.
  • Coordinate the development of personal futures plans and schedule team meetings.
  • Schedule screenings for program vacancies and develop waiting lists for potential consumer vacancies.
  • Monitor services to ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate incidents of consumer abuse, neglect, or mistreatment.
  • Maintain fiscal spending within approved budget limits.
  • Monitor workers' compensation and unemployment claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Services.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual and/or other developmental disabilities.
