Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Connect powered by American Family Insurance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and products
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
