Therapeutic Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at MedAdventures.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, contract position with an estimated salary of $44.00 - $46.00 per hour. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a clinic setting or home health environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Utilize various modalities such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and preventive care strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients in outpatient clinics or home community care settings.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
- Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, pediatrics, outpatient care, home health, or clinic settings is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Ability to assess patient needs quickly and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
