About the Position

This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm position located at 8152 South Cass Avenue, Darien, IL 60561. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including pulling company documents, notices of cancellation, direct billing questions, simple proof of coverage certificates, renew bonds in Applied Epic, rename bond activities, generate loss runs, renewal of driver list requests, reroute statement of values requests, reroute mail/documents to account manager and customer service representatives, fillable driving school certificates, and auto ID cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the integrity of pulling company documents
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor staff, provide expertise and answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Illinois Property & Casualty License desired but not required; will need to obtain the license
  • Working knowledge of Commercial Insurance Property & Casualty Coverages, Carriers & Products
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Applied Epic; will consider other agency management systems
  • Displays a high level of regard for trust and confidentiality
  • Displays strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task to meet established deadlines
