Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities and the elderly in daily living skills, such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care.
  • Assist with transportation to and from jobs, day programs, medical and dental appointments, and activities.
  • Document daily progress notes and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license and three years of driving experience.
  • Flexibility, caring, good communication, and computer skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Office, residential, and community settings with varying sizes.
  • Physical requirements include standing, sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
