We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a PRN Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Director.
- Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current MO RN license or multistate RN license with the ability to obtain a MO RN license within 90 days.
- BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of hire and annually within the fiscal year.
- ENPC and/or PALS certification within six months of hire.
- Credentialed in trauma care (TNCC) within one year of assignment.
- No previous experience required, but prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services provided is preferred.
