About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level lube technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests' vehicles are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for vehicles
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
