Job Overview

As a LPN, you will work closely with our team to provide personalized care and support to our patients. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing routine medical procedures, and collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform routine medical procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
  • License in good standing with the state.
