- Experience: At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
- Skills: Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills, with the ability to navigate payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent, with a degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies, company policies, and procedures.
Compensation: $29.10 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on experience and performance.
