Physician Leader

Theoria Medical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical operations of our skilled nursing facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide guidance to facility staff
• Review and revise facility clinical guidelines as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Supervise facility clinical staff and provide training as needed

Requirements:

• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical director or leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
