Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing in a virtual capacity. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students in a school district in Pennsylvania, collaborating with educators and parents to ensure students have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assessments: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with school staff and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Counseling and Intervention Services: Provide virtual counseling and intervention services to students as needed, addressing their academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of school psychology.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and a valid School Psychologist license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with educators, parents, and students.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using technology and conducting virtual assessments and interventions, with the ability to complete a VocoVision technical screening.
