Labor and Delivery Nurse Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team at Ardent Health Services Hillcrest Medical Center.
About the JobThis is a rewarding opportunity for a skilled RN to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on individualized attention and support throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records, updating patient charts and monitoring vital signs as needed.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in emergency situations, applying advanced knowledge and skills to stabilize patients and manage critical cases.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff, addressing concerns and promoting open dialogue.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 2+ years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- Basic/intermediate fetal monitoring certification.
- Ability to work every other weekend, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
