Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert project design and review documentation for complex commercial and industrial projects, including plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Act as a technical specialist, employing advanced engineering principles to address complex issues.
- Conduct QA/QC to ensure all designs adhere to the highest quality standards and project goals.
- Engage in research and develop solutions for projects of significant scope and complexity.
- Guide and advise staff on design methodologies and project execution.
- Collaborate effectively to enhance efficiencies and produce superior quality work.
- Contribute to the formulation of standards and guidelines for engineering practices.
- Oversee and evaluate the technical assignments of junior staff members.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status is required.
- 8-10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, with an emphasis on commercial projects.
- Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and TraneTrace software.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and directing project teams.
- Experience or certifications related to lab/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, with knowledge of GNP practices and FDA requirements concerning clean rooms and air quality.
- Passion for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $161,000+, commensurate with experience.
