Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and evaluate the technical assignments of junior staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) status is required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering, with an emphasis on commercial projects.
  • Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and TraneTrace software.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and directing project teams.
  • Experience or certifications related to lab/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, with knowledge of GNP practices and FDA requirements concerning clean rooms and air quality.
  • Passion for mentoring and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The typical salary range for this position is $117,000 to $161,000+, commensurate with experience.
