  • Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develop and maintain current nursing care plans for assigned patients.

  • Serve as a patient care coordinator and advocate.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Practice Nurse or patient care experience in a long-term care facility or acute med-surg setting.
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record training (preferred).

Working Conditions:
