The Showroom Clerk plays a crucial role in enhancing the showroom experience by leveraging retail expertise and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the overall showroom experience.
  • Bring prior experience from a high-end fashion retail setting.
  • Handle product samples effectively.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Utilize MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Pivot Tables.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Managing and coordinating showroom activities.
  • Scheduling showroom appointments and events.
  • Supervising the labeling, tracking, and inventory of samples.
  • Confirming meeting space arrangements with relevant parties.
  • Preparing samples for various off-site engagements, including customer meetings and promotional events, while maintaining a shipping database.
  • Collaborating with the brand team to review new collection presentations, enhancing showroom storytelling.
  • Cleaning and restoring showroom samples to ensure they are in customer-ready condition.
  • Conducting quarterly sample recalls and inventory updates, adjusting the showroom brand map as necessary.
