Responsibilities- Conduct on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management for patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities.
- Collaborate with facility staff, including nursing home administrators, directors of nursing, and directors of social services, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while exercising initiative and independent judgment.

- Flexibility: Enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to work independently while receiving strong clinical and administrative support as needed.
