Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support students' communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide recommendations for students' educational plans.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Oklahoma Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Oklahoma State Department of Education Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
