Job Title: Restaurant Busser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Busser to join our team at Hofman Hospitality Group. As a Restaurant Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and reset tables after each guest, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area
  • Assist food servers by removing used or unnecessary items from guests' tables
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
  • Refill condiment stock and condiments on tables
  • Work effectively in a team environment to provide exceptional service to our guests
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism
  • California food handler's card required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of full-service restaurant experience
