Salary: $14 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a Senior Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal connections with residents, ensuring high-quality comfort and care, being courteous and friendly co-workers, and following procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Create meaningful connections with residents and assist in maintaining their dignity and independence.
  • Assist with the daily physical and hygienic care needs of residents, such as lifting, positioning, and transporting.
  • Prepare residents for activities, meals, travel, etc.
  • Advise supervising charge nurses of residents' conditions and document observations.
  • Maintain accurate records and flow sheets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and ensure resident privacy.
  • Report any issues or problems that may arise to supervisors.
  • Assist families and other visitors as needed.
  • Comply with state, federal, and all other applicable healthcare and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Prior experience in long-term care, home health, or related service industries preferred
