About the Role

As a Charge RN at Providence St. Mary Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and provide exceptional patient care. Our hospital is committed to delivering world-class health with human connection, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
