Job Title: MRI Technologist I

Join Cynet Health as an MRI Technologist I and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MRI Technologist I to join our team. As an MRI Technologist I, you will work under the supervision of a mentor/preceptor to achieve initial competencies in delivering radiologic technology services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide patient-centric care and support services in various settings, including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient practices, and diagnostic/urgent care centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures.
  • Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams to achieve clinical outcomes and service expectations.
  • Utilize specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic equipment to perform diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures.
  • Conduct post-procedure reviews to ensure all required elements are completed and documented accurately.
  • Transfer images and data to appropriate archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting.
  • Perform quality control checks, cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance of equipment according to guidelines.
  • Engage in continuing education, professional development, and research activities to maintain competencies.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to patients' physical and psychological needs and maintain accurate records.
  • Exercise discretion in handling confidential information and exhibit the ability to multitask in stressful situations.
  • Display initiative and commitment to completing assignments efficiently and with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited educational program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty as defined by ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI.
  • Candidates within 6 weeks of graduation from an approved program may be considered.
  • BLS (must be current upon hire).
