Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Chester, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper care and treatment techniques.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
