Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation to conclusion with minimal supervision.
  • Handle all aspects of law division, chancery, special civil, landlord/tenant, and matrimonial cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
  • Conduct depositions, attend oral argument, and handle all aspects of trial/arbitration preparation.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and effectively advocate on their behalf.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
  • 5+ years of litigation experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience with Appellate Court matters is a plus but not required.
