POSITION OVERVIEW

The Part-time Evening Server plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents at Westminster Village. This position involves assisting with meal service, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To excel in this role, the individual must effectively perform the following essential duties:

  • Meal Preparation: Efficiently set up meal trays, ensuring accuracy and presentation according to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Food Service: Deliver meals to residents, assist with tray distribution, and manage food carts responsibly.
  • Dining Room Management: Prepare dining areas before meals, serve food courteously, and maintain cleanliness during and after service.
  • Dishwashing and Sanitation: Clean dishes and utensils, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards, and maintain a tidy dishwashing area.
  • General Housekeeping: Participate in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Experience in food service, ranging from six months to one year, is advantageous.
