Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Greensboro, NC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Speech Services: Create and implement speech services that align with student IEPs, state curriculum, and common core standards.
  • Provide Direct Therapy: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
  • Supervise Speech Assistants: Provide clinical supervision to 1-2 Speech and Language Assistants.
  • Evaluate Students: Administer speech and language evaluations to assess student needs.
  • Attend IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and goals.
  • Consult with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to implement speech goals and objectives.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data on student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents and encourage family involvement.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • North Carolina SLP License: Current North Carolina SLP license.
  • Experience: Prior experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations.
