Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist - RRT to provide expert care to patients in various settings, including adult ICU and NICU at Piedmont Henry Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the supervision of shift activities and acts as an expert during assigned shifts.
  • Provides daily support of staffing and assignments, resource support, preceptor tasks, and patient care workload.
  • Serves as a role model and advocates for a collaborative team environment between staff and physicians.
  • Delivers the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences.
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience in respiratory care.
  • Current BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Proficient in all patient care settings, including adult ICU and NICU.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.
