Job Summary

BAYADA at Inspira Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to adult and geriatric clients in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in accordance with client needs and medical requirements.
  • Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories, providing medical care and support as needed.
  • Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor client conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
  • Perform client assessments as necessary and provide case management and coordination services.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
