Salary and Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $18/hour, with the potential for a 90-day retention bonus and regular compensation reviews. Additionally, you will receive weekend pay at a rate of $18/hour.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Cookie Baker and Companion, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Baking cookies using old family recipes
• Spending quality time with the elderly lady, engaging in activities such as playing board games
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Dementia capable caregiving experience
• Two valid references
