Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement strategies to support students with speech and language disorders
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Certification in Speech or Speech & Hearing Handicapped or Speech and Language Disabilities and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Renewable License
  • Previous completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
