Responsibilities
  • Process Interline Payables, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
  • Verify billing charges and maintain documents for assigned loads
  • Complete 3-way matching verification for invoice payments
  • Review and sort invoices and check requests for approval and payment
  • Reconcile payments and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
