We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Administration Supervisor to join our team at PIH Health. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical functions of patient care services during non-traditional hours.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and address safety concerns and implement measures to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Serve as a role model and provide clinical expertise to nursing staff.
- Act as a resource person for hospital-wide problem solving and decision making.
- Current California RN license.
- BSN required.
- Evidence of continuing education.
- Current Basic Life Support Card from the American Heart Association.
- 5 years of acute care clinical experience.
- Clinical certifications preferred for applicable units.
- MSN preferred.
- Two years nursing management experience preferred.
