Salon Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips in Lusby, MD.

• Manage and motivate a team of stylists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and control salon expenses, including inventory and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.

• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
