Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist Travel Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Roswell, NM.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in our Radiology department. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures on patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic exams
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper function and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education plans to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Current certification in Ultrasound Technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
